This policy explains what information we collect when you use helperrs.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We’ve written it in plain language on purpose. “Helperrs,” “we,” and “us” means Beautifing Homes LLC, doing business as Helperrs, based in Orlando, Florida.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site — a service request, a business account request, a membership or HostCare inquiry, a job application, the newsletter box, or the contact form — we collect what you type: typically your name, phone number, email address, service address, company details, and a description of what you need. We do not collect payment card details on this website.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address. Our hosting provider (Vercel) also keeps standard server logs. None of this identifies you by name.
Third-party services we use
A few features rely on outside services, which receive limited data to work:
- Web3Forms — relays your form submissions to our inbox. What you type in a form passes through their service.
- Photon (Komoot) — powers address suggestions as you type in the address field. The text you type there is sent to their API to fetch suggestions.
- CARTO / OpenStreetMap — serves the map tiles on our service-area map. Loading the map shares your IP address with the tile server, like loading any image does.
- Google Analytics and Vercel — described above.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request — scheduling, quoting, and performing the work you asked about.
- To contact you by phone, text, or email about that request (for example, to confirm a time window).
- To send maintenance tips and updates if you signed up for the newsletter — you can unsubscribe anytime.
- To keep records of jobs, invoices, and warranties for accounts and clients.
- To improve the website using aggregate analytics.
By submitting a form with your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; message and data rates may apply.
How long we keep it
We keep request and job records as long as we need them for business, accounting, and legal purposes. If you never become a customer, your inquiry simply ages out of our inbox and records over time.
Your choices
- Email us at info@helperrs.com to ask what we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We honor reasonable requests and will reply within 30 days.
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email, or by emailing us.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit who can see submitted information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we won’t pretend otherwise — which is also why we don’t collect payment details here.
Children
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; if you believe a child submitted a form, email us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted plainly here.
